HR Global Process Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Global Process Manager (HR Shared Services).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily administration of HR services and processes to ensure high-quality support
• Document end-to-end HR processes and facilitate knowledge transfer to the HR Service Delivery team
• Lead HR project work and mentor HR Service Delivery team members globally

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related fields (desirable)
• Demonstrable HR experience, particularly in HR Shared Services or multi-function HR roles
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management and Human Capital Management technologies
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies and project management
