Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate, HR Governance to join their Employee Relations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop employee policies to meet state/federal regulations and company needs
  • Partner with departments to build standard operating procedures (SOPs) for policy application
  • Maintain compliance with federal and state employment law regulations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or 4 years of commensurate experience
  • 3+ years of specialist experience in HR and corporate governance and compliance
  • 1+ years of experience working with remote employees and locations
  • 1+ years of knowledge of employment legislation and HR policies
