Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of HR to ensure smooth and effective human resources operations, develop HR strategies, and provide advice to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive HR services to key stakeholders and employees
• Develop corporate plans for HR matters such as compensation, benefits, and health and safety
• Oversee all HR initiatives, systems, and tactics

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as Head of HR or similar role in a fast-paced digital environment
• Human Resources Management Degree (CIPD level 7 or greater)
• Full understanding of organizational operations and objectives
• Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations
• Thorough knowledge of HR management principles and best practices
