Job Summary

As the first point of contact for HR inquiries, the full-time HR Hub Specialist will manage HR programs, streamline processes, and provide excellent support in a remote call-center environment during regular business hours.

Key responsibilities
  • Support the Employee Service Center by answering questions and directing employees to resources
  • Ensure clean and accurate data management while managing processes for employees on leaves
  • Utilize team tools and resources to automate processes and develop standard work for the team
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2-5 years of experience in a relevant HR role
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high call volume environment
  • Technical skills in customer service and ticketing technology
  • Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
