HR Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a 25-HR Implementation Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all HR module phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure
• Create project plans, including deliverables, activities, timeliness, and budgets
• Lead communication with stakeholders and team members through completion of the module implementation

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven work experience with ADP products, specifically WFN in an HR capacity, and a 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
• Expertise with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills
• Proven consulting, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Ability to think independently and make informed decisions
