- Configure new client implementations in Benefits and HR modules of UKG Ready
- Conduct thorough client discovery and partner with project teams to execute implementation plans
- Provide training, technical support, and maintain project documentation for implementation projects
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in UKG Ready HR implementation or administration
- Experience in configuring core HR functionality, including workflows and benefit plans
- Proficiency in Excel and Word
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members
- Strong organizational skills to manage project timelines and deliverables
