Key Responsibilities

• Configure new client implementations in Benefits and HR modules of UKG Ready
• Conduct thorough client discovery and partner with project teams to execute implementation plans
• Provide training, technical support, and maintain project documentation for implementation projects

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in UKG Ready HR implementation or administration
• Experience in configuring core HR functionality, including workflows and benefit plans
• Proficiency in Excel and Word
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members
• Strong organizational skills to manage project timelines and deliverables
