Job Summary
Guiding clients through the onboarding process onto a SaaS-based HR platform, the full-time remote HR Implementation Manager will lead implementation projects, align client needs with platform capabilities, and ensure timely deliverables while managing project risks and collaborating cross-functionally.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients from point of sale through deployment
- Gather system requirements and business objectives, providing guidance on best practices for deployment
- Analyze operational data to identify efficiencies and maintain detailed project plans for communication of project status
Required qualifications
- Proven experience as an Implementation Manager, Project Manager, or Customer Success Manager (3 years)
- Strong understanding of SaaS and the technology industry
- Knowledge of HR practices and project management experience
- Ability to leverage AI tools for implementation planning and process improvement
- Fluency in Spanish (written and verbal) is a plus
