Job Summary
Guiding clients through the onboarding process onto a SaaS-based HR platform, the full-time remote HR Implementation Manager will manage implementation projects, align client needs with platform capabilities, and ensure smooth transitions to maximize client value.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients from point of sale through deployment
- Gather system requirements and business objectives, and provide guidance on best practices for successful deployment
- Analyze operational data to identify project risks, maintain detailed project plans, and communicate project status to stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Implementation Manager, Project Manager, or Customer Success Manager
- Strong understanding of SaaS and the technology industry
- Knowledge of HR practices and project management experience
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools for implementation planning and process improvement
- Fluency in Spanish (written and verbal) is a plus
