Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Information Systems Senior.

Key Responsibilities

• Bridge the gap between business needs and system-based solutions by collaborating with HR stakeholders and HCS leads
• Support the HCS team's mission to deliver innovative and efficient solutions that enhance workforce operations
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation for ongoing operations, maintenance, and development

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Information Systems or similar required
• 3+ years of related experience
• Experience with Agile methodology
• Understanding of systems interfaces and technical aspects
• Desired: Quality Assurance testing experience on system output and GUI
