Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 7+ years of experience in payroll, HR systems, or related roles
• Demonstrated understanding of global payroll ecosystems and integrations
• Workday experience preferred with knowledge of Core HR processes
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and facilitate cross-functional discussions
