HR Information Systems Product Owner

Job Summary

As a fully remote HR Information Systems Product Owner, the successful candidate will manage the product vision for Workday and other HR tools in Core HCM, collaborating with stakeholders to implement solutions that align with strategic goals while ensuring a successful end-user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own and communicate the product vision for Core HCM, defining and prioritizing solutions in alignment with strategic goals
• Establish project management discipline to support initiatives from planning through testing and delivery, ensuring effective maintenance of Workday and integrations
• Act as the liaison between technology and business partners, driving alignment and facilitating discussions to resolve issues and enhance solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 7+ years of experience as a Core HCM product owner or business analyst for HR systems
• Demonstrated understanding of core HCM and its integration with other HR functions
• Preferred experience with Workday and knowledge of Core HR processes
• Proven ability to prioritize enhancements and manage product backlogs effectively
