Job Summary

Driving the execution of cross-functional HR initiatives, the full-time HR Initiatives Manager will collaborate with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence to translate business priorities into actionable project plans, ensuring consistent delivery and measurable outcomes in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead and manage cross-functional projects and initiatives, translating priorities into actionable project plans with clear metrics and governance
  • Enable high-quality execution of initiatives across business units by designing scalable tools and processes while tracking progress and outcomes
  • Act as a primary integration point between HR Business Partners and stakeholders, driving alignment and commitment across cross-functional teams
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related discipline; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in HR Business Partner or project management roles
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi-workstream projects in a matrixed environment
  • Strong project and program management skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Professional certifications (e.g., SHRM SCP, SPHR, PMP, Agile) preferred
