Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Instructional Designer (Virtual).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessments to align development materials with customer needs and business performance gaps
• Design and build assessments and multimedia solutions to measure effectiveness and enhance learning experiences
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to create quality training materials that adhere to compliance and instructional design principles

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in adult education, instructional design, or a related field
• Two years of experience applying instructional design techniques to create learning materials
• Master's degree preferred
• Detailed knowledge of adult learning and instructional design methodologies
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office applications
