Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Integrations Lead responsible for managing HR activities across various business transitions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead HR activities for acquisitions and transitions, including due diligence and post-close stabilization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data handling and compliance during integrations
  • Track project milestones and maintain the HR Integration Playbook for documentation and reporting
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • Minimum 5-7 years in HR, People Operations, or related roles with exposure to M&A
  • Strong knowledge of HR functional areas including benefits, compensation, and HR compliance
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and collaborate across functions
  • Professional certifications such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SCP preferred
