Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Integrations Lead responsible for managing HR activities across various business transitions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead HR activities for acquisitions and transitions, including due diligence and post-close stabilization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data handling and compliance during integrations
- Track project milestones and maintain the HR Integration Playbook for documentation and reporting
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- Minimum 5-7 years in HR, People Operations, or related roles with exposure to M&A
- Strong knowledge of HR functional areas including benefits, compensation, and HR compliance
- Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and collaborate across functions
- Professional certifications such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SCP preferred
