Job Summary

A company is looking for a Werkstudent People & Culture / HR (m/w/d) - remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Support employer branding initiatives, including career page and social media presence
• Assist in the recruiting process, including active sourcing and candidate communication
• Maintain HR KPIs and assist with HR administration tasks and projects

Required Qualifications

• Ongoing studies in a relevant field (e.g., HR, Business Administration, Social Sciences)
• Ideally some practical experience in HR, though not mandatory
• Interest in modern HR topics and start-up culture
• Availability for approximately 20 hours per week
• Fluent in German; English proficiency is a plus
