Job Summary

Owning all aspects of Human Resources, the remote HR Lead will manage onboarding, compensation planning, and employee relations while serving as a trusted advisor in a fast-paced biotech environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience
  • Manage compensation planning, benchmarking, and annual review cycles
  • Administer employee benefits programs and oversee compliance with employment regulations
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or life sciences organizations
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, and benefits administration
  • Experience managing compensation programs and HRIS systems
  • Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion
