Job Summary
Owning all aspects of Human Resources, the remote HR Lead will manage onboarding, compensation planning, and employee relations while serving as a trusted advisor in a fast-paced biotech environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience
- Manage compensation planning, benchmarking, and annual review cycles
- Administer employee benefits programs and oversee compliance with employment regulations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or life sciences organizations
- Strong knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, and benefits administration
- Experience managing compensation programs and HRIS systems
- Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion
