Job Summary

As a senior people strategist, the full-time HR Leader, Private Client Services will partner with executive leadership to design and execute a comprehensive people strategy that drives growth and performance while managing key HR functions including talent acquisition and organizational development.

Key responsibilities
  • Design and execute a scalable people strategy in collaboration with senior leadership to enable growth and high performance
  • Oversee the end-to-end people agenda, including organizational design, performance management, and talent acquisition
  • Establish a feedback culture and change management capability to enhance employee engagement and support organizational transformations
Required qualifications
  • 8-10 years of HR leadership experience with a strong knowledge of HR employment law and organizational development
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree or SPHR designation preferred
  • Experience in a sales environment and ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Demonstrated success in managing change in a fast-paced environment
