Job Summary
As a senior people strategist, the full-time HR Leader, Private Client Services will partner with executive leadership to design and execute a comprehensive people strategy that drives growth and performance while managing key HR functions including talent acquisition and organizational development.
Key responsibilities
- Design and execute a scalable people strategy in collaboration with senior leadership to enable growth and high performance
- Oversee the end-to-end people agenda, including organizational design, performance management, and talent acquisition
- Establish a feedback culture and change management capability to enhance employee engagement and support organizational transformations
Required qualifications
- 8-10 years of HR leadership experience with a strong knowledge of HR employment law and organizational development
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree or SPHR designation preferred
- Experience in a sales environment and ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Demonstrated success in managing change in a fast-paced environment
