Job Summary
To drive large-scale transformation initiatives and enhance business performance, the full-time salaried HR Leader, Strategy & Transformation will shape and execute the enterprise HR strategy while partnering with senior leadership in a virtual environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and evolve HR strategy aligned with enterprise priorities, translating them into a clear roadmap with measurable outcomes
- Lead end-to-end HR transformation initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness and employee experience
- Design and implement a simplified HR operating model, standardizing global processes to enhance efficiency and service delivery
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 12-15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, particularly in strategy and transformation
- Proven track record of leading large-scale transformation or operating model redesign in complex, global organizations
- Strong business acumen linking HR initiatives to financial and operational outcomes
- Advanced skills in analytics, program management, and change leadership
