Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Leave & Accommodation Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer employee leave and accommodation cases, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies
- Lead accommodation requests, manage the interactive process, and provide ongoing case support
- Partner with stakeholders to support disability, leave, and workplace accommodation processes
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in leave of absence or workplace accommodation programs
- Direct experience managing accommodation intake and the interactive process
- Working knowledge of leave and accommodation regulations
- Experience using HRIS platforms for case tracking; Workday experience preferred
- High School Diploma required; additional education in HR or a related field preferred
