Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Leave & Accommodation Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer employee leave and accommodation cases, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies
  • Lead accommodation requests, manage the interactive process, and provide ongoing case support
  • Partner with stakeholders to support disability, leave, and workplace accommodation processes
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in leave of absence or workplace accommodation programs
  • Direct experience managing accommodation intake and the interactive process
  • Working knowledge of leave and accommodation regulations
  • Experience using HRIS platforms for case tracking; Workday experience preferred
  • High School Diploma required; additional education in HR or a related field preferred
