Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Leave and Accommodation Analyst (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer employee leave cases from intake through eligibility determination and case closure
  • Manage disability and accommodation requests while supporting the interactive process and maintaining case records
  • Provide guidance on leave entitlements, benefits coordination, and policy interpretation
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of two years of experience administering employee leave and ADA accommodation programs
  • Hands-on experience with absence and leave case management
  • Experience handling pregnancy and general accommodation intake and interactive processes
  • Familiarity with Workday and basic Excel usage preferred
  • Working knowledge of federal leave regulations and ADA compliance principles
