Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Leave and Accommodation Analyst (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Administer employee leave cases from intake through eligibility determination and case closure
- Manage disability and accommodation requests while supporting the interactive process and maintaining case records
- Provide guidance on leave entitlements, benefits coordination, and policy interpretation
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of experience administering employee leave and ADA accommodation programs
- Hands-on experience with absence and leave case management
- Experience handling pregnancy and general accommodation intake and interactive processes
- Familiarity with Workday and basic Excel usage preferred
- Working knowledge of federal leave regulations and ADA compliance principles
