Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Leave & Accommodation Analyst to manage employee leave programs and workplace disability accommodations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end administration of ADA accommodations and pregnancy-related adjustments
  • Administer leave requests and assess eligibility based on federal/state regulations and company policy
  • Contribute to the development of leave and ADA policies and facilitate training for HR teams
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum 2+ years of direct leave and ADA accommodation administration experience
  • Strong knowledge of federal leave laws and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
  • Experience supporting pregnancy accommodation and ADA interactive process
  • Ability to manage multiple cases with accuracy
