Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Leave & Accommodation Analyst to manage employee leave programs and workplace disability accommodations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end administration of ADA accommodations and pregnancy-related adjustments
- Administer leave requests and assess eligibility based on federal/state regulations and company policy
- Contribute to the development of leave and ADA policies and facilitate training for HR teams
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum 2+ years of direct leave and ADA accommodation administration experience
- Strong knowledge of federal leave laws and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
- Experience supporting pregnancy accommodation and ADA interactive process
- Ability to manage multiple cases with accuracy
