Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Leave and Accommodation Analyst-Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer the disability accommodation program and maintain organized case records
- Manage employee leave processes from intake to eligibility determination, ensuring compliance with laws and policies
- Participate in policy development, conduct manager trainings, and perform system testing and audits
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in leave and ADA administration
- Strong knowledge of federal leave laws and the Americans with Disabilities Act
- Experience with Workday and Excel preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain organized work
