Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Leave and Accommodation Analyst-Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer the disability accommodation program and maintain organized case records
  • Manage employee leave processes from intake to eligibility determination, ensuring compliance with laws and policies
  • Participate in policy development, conduct manager trainings, and perform system testing and audits


Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in leave and ADA administration
  • Strong knowledge of federal leave laws and the Americans with Disabilities Act
  • Experience with Workday and Excel preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain organized work
