Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR M&A Deal Lead (Americas).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all HR and people-related aspects of M&A and corporate transactions
  • Collaborate with HR CoEs and other corporate functions to meet business objectives and timelines
  • Identify and manage people issues during due diligence and integration planning
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in HR M&A, leading deal teams in a corporate or consulting environment
  • In-depth knowledge of the M&A deal life-cycle and HR M&A fundamentals
  • Technical expertise in organization design, HR operations, and global benefits preferred
  • Working ability in English; Spanish or Portuguese is an advantage
  • Experience in building strong stakeholder relationships in a global organization
