Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR M&A Deal Lead (Americas).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all HR and people-related aspects of M&A and corporate transactions
- Collaborate with HR CoEs and other corporate functions to meet business objectives and timelines
- Identify and manage people issues during due diligence and integration planning
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in HR M&A, leading deal teams in a corporate or consulting environment
- In-depth knowledge of the M&A deal life-cycle and HR M&A fundamentals
- Technical expertise in organization design, HR operations, and global benefits preferred
- Working ability in English; Spanish or Portuguese is an advantage
- Experience in building strong stakeholder relationships in a global organization
