HR M&A Integration Project Manager

Job Summary

Providing dedicated project management support, the full-time HR M&A Integration Project Manager will oversee all phases of the mergers and acquisitions lifecycle within the Human Resources function, ensuring thorough due diligence, smooth transitions, and effective integration of acquired personnel in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute people-related due diligence activities for potential acquisitions, ensuring thoroughness and organization
• Assist in developing HR Day 1 readiness plans and support the onboarding of acquired employees into company systems
• Manage ongoing HR integration workstreams post-deal close, tracking milestones and ensuring alignment with integration objectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 8-10 years of project management experience, with exposure to HR
• 5+ years of experience specifically supporting M&A, integrations, or complex enterprise initiatives
• Working knowledge of core HR functional areas including benefits, payroll, and HRIS
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS platforms
