Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies to enhance staff engagement and wellbeing
• Support recruitment processes and staff development initiatives
• Provide efficient HR support, ensure compliance with employment laws, and collaborate on payroll and benefits administration

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in staff engagement roles
• Demonstrated experience in promoting positive staff relations and organizational culture
• Ability to adapt practices to address diverse backgrounds and cultures in a remote work environment
• Experience in organizational effectiveness, staff development, and performance management practices
• Understanding and commitment to regenerative economy values is preferred
