Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Manager to oversee human resources functions and support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning, recruiting, retention, and organizational growth strategies
- Provide guidance on complex HR matters, including performance management and employee relations
- Manage payroll administration and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required
- 5-7 years of progressive HR management experience preferred
- Experience with change management and organizational integration; exposure to mergers and acquisitions is a plus
- Hands-on experience with payroll administration and HRIS platforms
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is highly desired
