HR Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Manager to oversee human resources functions and support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership on workforce planning, recruiting, retention, and organizational growth strategies
• Provide guidance on complex HR matters, including performance management and employee relations
• Manage payroll administration and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required
• 5-7 years of progressive HR management experience preferred
• Experience with change management and organizational integration; exposure to mergers and acquisitions is a plus
• Hands-on experience with payroll administration and HRIS platforms
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is highly desired
