• Manage core HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, compliance, and HRIS maintenance
• Lead the recruitment process, collaborating with hiring managers to attract and retain top talent
• Enhance the onboarding experience for new hires and support strategic HR initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 5 years of progressive HR experience
• Proven experience in employee relations, performance management, and compliance
• Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
• Ability to manage HR operations with organization, accuracy, and follow-through
