Job Summary
A company is looking for a Human Resources Manager who will take ownership of the HRIS platform and manage various HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary Super Admin for Rippling, configuring and maintaining the system
- Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks, ensuring data integrity and compliance
- Act as a point of contact for employee relations and collaborate with legal counsel on compliance issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Proven experience with Rippling, specifically in Performance and Compensation modules
- 5+ years of HR experience with a mix of Generalist/Operations and Business Partnering roles
- Tactical mindset with a willingness to handle administrative tasks
- Solid understanding of federal and state employment laws
