A company is looking for an HR Manager (Remote, US).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner for managers and employees, guiding on employee relations and policy interpretation
• Own and evolve core HR programs, including performance management, benefits administration, and employee engagement
• Drive compliance with employment regulations and partner with leadership on translating business goals into people strategies

Required Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a professional services or high-growth environment
• Demonstrated generalist experience in employee relations, performance management, compliance, and benefits
• Ability to operate autonomously and make sound judgment calls on HR matters
• Strong diagnostic skills to identify and address people-related challenges
• Experience working in a fully remote environment
