Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Manager (Fractional / Part-time).

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the COO to assess and support human resource needs across multiple clients
  • Provide guidance on employment laws and ensure compliance across jurisdictions
  • Manage full-cycle talent acquisition and support employee relations matters
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive human resources experience
  • Experience in nonprofit and for-profit organizations, preferably in a consulting capacity
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent certification required
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
  • Experience supporting employees in multiple states, including California and New York
