Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Manager (Fractional / Part-time).
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the COO to assess and support human resource needs across multiple clients
- Provide guidance on employment laws and ensure compliance across jurisdictions
- Manage full-cycle talent acquisition and support employee relations matters
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive human resources experience
- Experience in nonprofit and for-profit organizations, preferably in a consulting capacity
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent certification required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Experience supporting employees in multiple states, including California and New York
