Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Manager to oversee Employee Engagement and Learning Management in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing employee inquiries and needs
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and action plans
  • Manage and administer the Learning Management System (LMS) and analyze training and engagement data
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 4-6 years of proven experience as HR Manager or HR Generalist in IT/Software/Consulting industry
  • Hands-on experience managing an LMS
  • Experience engaging and managing employees in a remote environment
  • Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
