Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Manager to oversee Employee Engagement and Learning Management in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing employee inquiries and needs
- Lead employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and action plans
- Manage and administer the Learning Management System (LMS) and analyze training and engagement data
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 4-6 years of proven experience as HR Manager or HR Generalist in IT/Software/Consulting industry
- Hands-on experience managing an LMS
- Experience engaging and managing employees in a remote environment
- Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
