Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Own and enhance company culture and employee engagement
Develop and manage performance management processes
Oversee HR operations, including compliance, onboarding, and offboarding

Required Qualifications

5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a generalist or standalone role
Proven track record of improving performance management processes
Experience in driving organizational culture intentionally
Familiarity with HR automation, workflows, and HRIS systems
Full-cycle recruiting experience and ability to manage difficult conversations
