Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Manager in Baroda.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a trusted adviser to leadership, providing guidance and participating in management meetings
Analyze HR metrics and develop solutions to enhance people culture and engagement
Lead Talent Management programs, including performance management and succession planning

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree; advanced degree in HR Management or related field is strongly desired
Minimum of 10 years of HRBP or similar management experience required
Sound knowledge of labor laws and compliance regulations
Demonstrated change management and organizational design experience
Strong employee relationship and stakeholder management skills
