Job Summary
Welcoming new hires and guiding them through onboarding, the full-time HR Manager will create training plans, maintain employee files, and support managers with performance metrics in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate onboarding for new employees and develop training plans with departments
- Maintain organized employee files and assist with attendance, policies, and HR systems
- Support employees and managers with performance evaluations and ensure compliance with company policies
