Job Summary

Seeking an experienced HR Manager, this full-time remote position will oversee employee engagement and learning management, collaborating with leadership to drive people initiatives and ensure effective HR practices.

Key responsibilities:
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing inquiries and needs
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and action plans
  • Manage and administer the Learning Management System (LMS) to align training with business goals
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 4-6 years of experience in an HR Manager or senior HR role within the IT/Software/Consulting industry
  • Hands-on experience managing an LMS
  • Experience in engaging and managing employees in a remote environment
  • Must reside in the DMV (District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia) area
