HR Manager

Job Summary

Leading the day-to-day operations of Human Resources, the full-time HR Manager will manage the HR operations team, ensure efficient execution of HR processes, and support employee engagement initiatives while working remotely with occasional in-person meetings in the Atlanta, GA metropolitan area.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily HR operations and team workflows, ensuring quality and compliance across processes
• Execute employee engagement initiatives and coordinate onboarding and offboarding experiences
• Administer performance management processes and support managers with HR best practices

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience
• Previous experience managing HR operations and/or HR team members preferred
• Strong knowledge of employee relations and performance management
• Experience supporting remote workforces preferred
