Job Summary
To lead HR initiatives focused on employee engagement and development, the full-time HR Manager will provide strategic partnership to leadership and hands-on support to employees in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to support workforce planning, employee development, engagement, and retention strategies
- Serve as a trusted resource for employee relations matters, addressing concerns and grievances
- Manage and continuously improve the company's performance management process to drive employee growth and accountability
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience in an HR Manager or similar role within the IT Software Consulting or professional services industry
- Experience managing and administering a Learning Management System (LMS)
- Demonstrated experience supporting all phases of the employee lifecycle, including recruiting and performance management
- Strong understanding of employment laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices
