Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager- HRBP Stores (LA West, LA East, San Diego).

Key Responsibilities

• Administer performance evaluation processes and establish performance improvement plans
• Implement training and development programs while overseeing onboarding processes
• Serve as a point of contact for employee relations and ensure compliance with HR policies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's Degree preferred
• 7-10 years of relevant experience in HR
• Solid understanding of employment law and policy administration
• PHR/SPHR or SHRM certification preferred
• Proficiency in HRIS (Workday) and other relevant software tools
