HR Manager - California Licensed

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager- HRBP Stores (LA West, LA East, Central CA).

Key Responsibilities

• Administer performance evaluation processes and work with managers on performance improvement plans
• Implement training and development programs, oversee onboarding, and lead succession planning
• Serve as a point of contact for employee relations, conduct investigations, and ensure compliance with HR policies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's Degree preferred
• 7-10 years of relevant experience in HR
• Solid understanding of employment law and policy administration
• PHR/SPHR or SHRM certification preferred
• Proficiency in HRIS (Workday) and other relevant software tools
