HR Manager Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Manager - Consultant to provide comprehensive HR support to various clients across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their unique HR needs and provide expert guidance on HR topics
• Develop and implement tailored HR policies and assist in employee relations and conflict resolution
• Support talent acquisition, performance management, compliance, and training initiatives within client organizations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
• Expertise in CA employment laws required
• Proven experience in HR consulting or generalist roles, preferably serving multiple clients
