Job Summary
Supporting the India organization, the full-time remote HR Manager will manage day-to-day HR operations, partner with leaders on organizational challenges, and design scalable HR processes to enhance team effectiveness and employee engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for all People-related matters in India, ensuring high-quality HR delivery across the employee lifecycle
- Build strong relationships with managers to address team effectiveness, performance, and organizational challenges
- Lead a small HR team while executing HR operations, focusing on continuous improvement and compliance with Indian labor laws
Required qualifications
- Progressive HR experience, including exposure to HR business partnering or strategic HR roles
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and employment practices
- Experience working in a global organization
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience with HR transformation, process standardization, and policy design
