Job Summary

Supporting the Pittsburgh North, Pittsburgh South, and Cleveland markets, the full-time HR Manager for Stores will manage performance evaluations, implement talent development programs, and address employee relations while residing in one of the specified markets and traveling weekly.

Key responsibilities
  • Facilitate performance evaluation processes and coach managers on performance improvement plans
  • Implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and oversee onboarding processes
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, conduct investigations, and ensure compliance with HR policies
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's Degree preferred
  • 7-10 years of experience in HR management
  • Solid understanding of employment law and policy administration
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Workday) and relevant software tools
  • PHR/SPHR or SHRM Certification preferred, but not required
