Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Generalist / HR Manager for Mexico, Brazil & USA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop effective relationships with business leaders and offer coaching and counseling
• Support HR initiatives in Mexico, Brazil, and the USA, including onboarding, employee relations, and compliance
• Collaborate with hiring managers, manage HR documentation, and support talent management and organizational effectiveness

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum four years of HR Generalist experience handling confidential information
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent, certifications in HR preferred
• Knowledge of country and federal HR legislation in Mexico, Brazil, and the US
• Bilingual in Spanish and English, Portuguese is a plus
• Experience with third-party payroll and benefits providers is a plus
