Job Summary
To support the operational backbone of the People & Talent Operations pillar, the remote Manager, People and Talent Operations will oversee generalist HR functions, manage compliance and immigration programs, and enhance talent acquisition processes while driving automation and self-service solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Manage onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with HR policies
- Oversee I-9 processing, E-Verify compliance, and government filings, while providing compliance dashboards and status reports
- Administer the Greenhouse ATS, ensuring recruiting compliance and managing recruiting tool subscriptions and reporting metrics
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of progressive HR/People Operations experience with a focus on compliance, employee relations, or immigration programs
- Working knowledge of I-9/E-Verify requirements and multi-state employment law
- Experience managing third-party HR vendors and familiarity with ATS administration, preferably Greenhouse
- Proficiency in Workday HRIS and strong organizational skills to manage multiple compliance workstreams
