HR Manager, People Operations
Job Summary
Proactive and technologically capable, the full-time HR Manager, People Operations will manage employee lifecycle processes, benefits administration, and compliance activities while delivering efficient HR operations in a remote role with occasional in-person meetings in the Tysons, VA area.
Key responsibilities
- Own and improve employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding and offboarding
- Manage benefits and leave administration, serving as an operational partner to brokers and vendors
- Oversee compliance activities, including I-9 compliance and workers' compensation claims
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience with a focus on HR operations
- Strong experience in benefits, leave administration, and HR compliance
- Hands-on HRIS experience with HR data and reporting
- Working knowledge of U.S. federal and state employment requirements
