Job Summary

Owning the full employee experience in a remote environment, the full-time HR Manager - Talent Operations will focus on technical recruiting, performance management, and employee relations while partnering with leadership to enhance people practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting with an emphasis on technical roles, including sourcing, offers, and onboarding
  • Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and managers, advising on performance management and employee relations
  • Oversee HR operations, including benefits administration, payroll inputs, and compliance with HR policies
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of hands-on HR experience in a generalist or HR manager role
  • Proven track record in recruiting for technical roles, preferably in the tech industry
  • Experience operating as a department of one or within a lean HR function
  • Strong background in global recruiting and employee relations
  • Working knowledge of U.S. employment law; global/contractor experience preferred
