Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, particularly in benefits and compensation
• Experience with international benefits and rewards management
• Strong analytical skills and experience with regulatory requirements
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and a service-oriented mindset
