Job Summary
Seeking an experienced HR Manager - US, the full-time remote position will manage all aspects of HR operations for the US employee population, ensuring compliance with employment laws, overseeing onboarding and offboarding processes, and administering benefits and payroll.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary owner and subject matter expert for all US HR processes, ensuring compliance with employment laws
- Lead the US onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring exceptional employee experiences and compliance with work authorization requirements
- Oversee US benefits administration and partner with the Global Payroll Manager to ensure accurate payroll processing
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive HR generalist experience with strong knowledge of US HR laws and regulations
- Proven experience working with PEOs, preferably ADP
- Direct experience with 401(k) plan administration
- Strong HRIS experience, with a focus on data integrity and process optimization (HiBob experience preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
