Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resource Onboarding Analyst (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage onboarding paperwork completion and serve as the main point of contact for new hires
  • Audit onboarding documents and coordinate background checks in partnership with HR
  • Handle daily employee onboarding-related inquiries and manage the onboarding mailbox
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 1-2 years of HR experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge of onboarding and HRIS platforms
  • Knowledge of HR compliance on federal, state, and local levels is a plus
