Job Summary
A company is looking for a Human Resource Onboarding Analyst (REMOTE).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding paperwork completion and serve as the main point of contact for new hires
- Audit onboarding documents and coordinate background checks in partnership with HR
- Handle daily employee onboarding-related inquiries and manage the onboarding mailbox
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 1-2 years of HR experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of onboarding and HRIS platforms
- Knowledge of HR compliance on federal, state, and local levels is a plus
