Job Summary
Supporting a seamless onboarding process, the temporary HR Onboarding Coordinator will manage onboarding activities, maintain HR systems, and ensure compliance while working remotely in the United States for a 6-month assignment.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate background checks and support I-9 and E-Verify processes to ensure compliance
- Track onboarding progress from offer acceptance through orientation and manage communications with hiring managers and new hires
- Update new hire information across HR systems and prepare personnel files in accordance with documentation requirements
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources or a related field
- Working knowledge of employment practices and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based HR systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple onboarding activities simultaneously
